Blocked Drains
We have an array of different drain cleaning machines, ranging from cable to high pressure water jetters, capable of cleaning roots, sand, general build up and grease and fats in pipes from 25 mm to 300 mm diameter, up to 100 meters in length, from one access point. We also have drain inspection equipment (including camera), allowing us to locate problems, allowing for cost effective, permanent repair of defects and allowing for accurate condition reports. As all drain cleaners will tell you, having the right tool for the job, saves you time, which in turn saves you money.

Swift Flow's licensed Gasfitters are able to perform the following services for you:
- Organise connections for new homes through the gas supplier of your choice
- Organise relocation of gas meters
- Install or change Hot Water Units

- Install, replace or service gas cook tops (including BBQ's)

Emergency works
Swift Flow provides a 24 hour, 7 days per week emergency service.
To minimise costs to you, for all after hours works, we can organise to fix the immediate problem, and come back to complete the work during regular hours. An example is a temporary hot water unit - so you get hot water straight away, allowing you to take the time to select your next hot water unit, and pay standard installation rates instead of overtime rates.

New Homes
We work with several Perth builders and have experience working with owner/builders and can arrange the following for your new home:
- Pre-lay of pipework
