About Us

Swift Flow is a locally operated Plumbing and Gas company run by two Perth families.

We believe in excellent customer service and doing the job right the first time. We have 13 dedicated Team Members: eight Plumbers, three Apprentice Plumbers, and two Administration Staff. With Team Members having in excess of 180 years combined industry experience in Plumbing and Gasfitting services, we pride ourselves in selecting people who offer a unique blend of skills. Our Team Members possess backgrounds from a diverse range of occupations and experiences, which helps provide a more balanced approach to problem solving and meeting customers' expectations.
  • Most of our new business either comes through the Tendering process or positive word of mouth from current or previous Clients. This is a sign of the quality of workmanship provided by Swift Flow to all their Clients, which is also evidenced by our continued repeat business.

  • The two Directors have in excess of 60 years combined years industry experience.

  • Ian has 40 years industry experience in areas including mining, oil and gas, construction, maintenance and plant room set up for recreational and international competition pools. Ian is passionate about pools and Swift Flow has been successful in supplying services to several aquatic companies in the Perth metropolitan area, country Western Australia, interstate, and in Papua New Guinea. We continue to provide outstanding service in this area, and are always looking into other pools where we can provide experience and excellent service.

  • Luke has 21 years industry experience ranging from domestic renovations, commercial plant room constructions and government contracts. He is exceptional at providing excellent customer service, which is represented by continued repeat business and new Clients making contact due to positive word of mouth.

  • Today, Swift Flow provides Plumbing, Gas and Hydraulic services for a broad section of industries. Projects undertaken by Swift Flow include:

We have strong working relationships with all of our existing Clients and maintain regular contact with them, to ensure we are providing them with the best possible service. We are dedicated to customer service and aim to have all work completed on time, on budget, and in the safest way possible.
Two of our biggest Clients constantly perform safety audits on our systems, and we always score over 90%. We have also received 96% on our Enviornmental Management Systems. Swift Flow is also Certified for Environmental, Qualty and Safety.
